Terms of Service

The Service

postship generates platform-native social posts (for Reddit, LinkedIn, and X) from ideas or URLs you provide, written to match a voice profile you create from your own example posts. Features, limits, and pricing may change over time.

Accounts

You sign in with Google. You're responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your Google credentials secure. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Create content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, deceptive, or that infringes others' rights.
• Impersonate a real person or organization in a misleading way, or paste sample content you don't have the right to use.
• Generate spam, malware, or content that violates the rules of the platform you intend to post to.
• Abuse, reverse-engineer, overload, or attempt to circumvent usage limits or security of the Service.

Your content

You retain ownership of the ideas and sample posts you submit (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited license to process Your Content solely to operate the Service and provide your requested output. As between you and us, the generated posts are yours to use.

You are responsible for reviewing generated content before you publish it, and for ensuring it complies with the terms of the platforms where you post it.

AI-generated output

Output is generated by AI and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or not suitable for your purpose. It is not professional advice. You are solely responsible for what you choose to publish. We make no guarantee that output is original or non-infringing, and similar output may be generated for other users.

Free tier and limits

The free tier includes a daily generation cap and text-only generators. We may change these limits, and we enforce them server-side. Paid features (such as images, video, scheduling, and unlimited generations) may be offered in the future under additional terms.

Third-party services

The Service depends on third parties including Google, Supabase, Anthropic, Firecrawl, and Vercel. Your use may also be subject to their terms. We aren't responsible for third-party services we don't control.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, postship and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months or USD $50.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service. You can request deletion of your account and data by emailing us.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the date above. Your continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
